You may return your unworn, undamaged pieces of jewelry within 30 days of your purchase.

All jewelry is refundable, with the exception of earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

Only products returned in perfect condition and their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within two days of being received and it may take up to ten working days for a refund to show in your bank account.

If you have received a damaged piece, please send photos to contact@dandeliondesigns.ca within one week of its arrival.
If you are able to, please make an unboxing video if you believe your purchase may have been damaged.
